What differentiates Zoho Social from other similar products?
Zoho Social has helped us with the improvement of so many abilities that we already had but we were not exploiting to its full potential, and it saves so much energy from our team by allowing us to schedule posts and use SmartQ suggestions to let us know when it's the right time to post in different platforms, this helps us keep a relevant online presence without having to constantly check these platforms. Additionally, I think that its automation tools have helped us with having a smoother collaboration system and in general improved communication skills since we can all do our tasks within the platform.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like that with Zoho Social, it's easy to manage a huge variety of social media websites, such as LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and more, in just one single place, helping streamline the process of publishing in social media. The amount of time it saves makes a great difference, and it allows me to schedule posts ahead in different platforms. I also like that it has integrations with other Zoho tools, which makes it easier to tie the engagement with leads, and the ability to monitor different trends in the platform, as well as the activity and trends that the competitors are following, helps with staying up to date in this competitive space.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I think that there are some limitations to Zoho Social that I believe are relevant, first of all, the integrations are not extensive outside of the Zoho Cloud, I wish that there were some more external integrations because some of the tools we use aren't available to integrate. Additionally, I regularly use the mobile app, and I have found that it lacks a lot of features that are available in the desktop version, this makes it harder to work on the go, because managing and keeping track of the posts is more complex this way.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would advise new users to, firstly, take advantage of the free tools to explore what Zoho Social has to offer and see if they fit what your organization needs. I would also recommend that you also take advantage of the other Zoho tools because if you start using them from the start, it can become easier to streamline the sales engagement process. Customization is also a key part of the process, because if you do this from the beginning, it will help you get better results and insights than if you just stick to the default options.

What differentiates Zoho Social from other similar products?
Zoho social is a professional social media platform management tool with more cool features like post preview across different platforms which makes it easy to understand how the post will look like across different platforms, and the time to post recommendation which will get the time when more people interact with the content and suggest you what time to post
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I do appreciate the reporting feature that would report real time analytics from different socials to understand the most peforming social account and the inbox feature to respond to all comments right away from one zoho socail dashboard
What do you dislike most about this product?
The cost of the tool can turn to be expensive if you plan to add all social media platforms since they would price me according to the number of social accounts connectted in the tool
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is my favortie tool after using other tools in the past, i would say this is the suitable one for those with less budget compared to other tools
