This includes responses to notifications and messages that we must attend to on our social networks, and again, by being integrated with other tools such as Zoho Desk, we can follow up on our clients' messages, create tickets, and offer a 360-degree service.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of the most important features of Zoho Social is the possibility of carrying out a precise and effective analysis of our social networks, and we have the possibility of generating reports from there, which in the end is the most effective mechanism to understand our client and to know accuracy the success of our marketing campaigns. In addition, the integration of Zoho Social with Instagram is intuitive and quite practical. I can easily post to numerous accounts simultaneously and scheduling is available to ensure consistency. I can post more frequently because Zoho allows me to consolidate all my social media profiles into one.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Zoho Social's limited options for report customization is an area that may need some improvement. The data offered is complete, however, we could benefit from more report customization options to be able to delve deeper and make better social media strategy decisions.
