What differentiates Zoho Social from other similar products?

Thanks to Zoho Social, we no longer have to worry about managing our social network accounts. We were able to increase interaction with our content strategy because to the detailed data. Because of the cooperative features, team members were able to work together more effectively, leading to greater output. The impact that Zoho Social has had on our company's social media presence has been substantial in driving our growth.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

You may use the mobile app that comes with Zoho Social, or you can use Chrome to access it effortlessly. Not only are the features comparable with the market, but they are also improving daily. With its high-functioning features, you may maximize the price plans, which are fairly liberal. Among the most robust social media management solutions I've seen, Zoho Social has all the essential and advanced tools needed to support a company's expansion.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There aren't a ton of options when it comes whole connecting it to other apps and platforms, and that's a problem with most Zoho products. Although it would be very appreciated if they could enhance this section, we are satisfied with it as our organization is currently using Zoho.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

When it comes to social networking, one of the most well-managed platforms is Zoho Social. No matter what you need it for—post scheduling or managing your busiest times with its AI-infused "SmartQ" predictions—it will provide. Plus, it's one of the most intuitive platforms, so picking it up won't take long at all. Any type of business, from solopreneurs to large corporations, may benefit from Zoho Social. All you have to do is pick a package that suits your needs. From an integration standpoint, I can say that it works well for those that utilize Zoho products in general. I strongly advise everyone to do it!

The scheduling feature has brought much-needed organization to our content calendar, ensuring consistent and punctual posts. Moreover, the robust collaboration tools enhance team synergy, making Zoho Social an indispensable tool for optimizing our social media strategy.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This platform serves as a comprehensive solution for all your social media requirements. As they provide an all-inclusive service, they strive to offer versatile options for posting. If the content, be it image or text, exceeds the limit, they promptly notify you about the specific social media platform that might encounter a problem, along with a suitable resolution. It's indeed an excellent, comprehensive solution for all your necessities.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I perceive the bulk scheduler to be somewhat restrictive. It seems that once you've scheduled around 350 posts, the system may prevent further use of the bulk scheduling feature. If you're planning to schedule a large number of posts daily, reaching this 350-post limit can happen quite quickly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a good tool supporting multiple social media tools from one place and at a fair price

Zoho Social allows me to set up unlimited searches that continuously scan various platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, blogs, forums, review sites, and news outlets, for relevant keywords and hashtags. For instance, I have searches set up for our brand name, top products, competitors, and industry terms such as marketing automation. Zoho Social analyzes this data to reveal important details and emerging patterns. Their AI-powered image recognition extracts visual content from video and image file posts for text analysis.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The dashboard displays conversation volumes over time, top authors and sites driving discussions, share of voice, sentiment breakdowns, and more. With just a few clicks, the view can be refined based on target customers by segmenting the data by location, gender, followers, or other attributes. These insights help me identify influencers who are creating buzz around topics that are significant to our audience. By engaging with these influencers through personalized outreach and content sharing, I can tap into their networks to increase brand awareness and credibility.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Although its AI has improved, I occasionally notice inaccurate message tagging that can slightly affect sentiment and topic tracking. Continued tuning of linguistic and contextual tagging can reduce these issues.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I highly recommend exploring Zoho Social for any B2C brand struggling to engage with today's fragmented social conversations. Monitoring customer sentiment levels also allows me to advocate for areas of the company that require improvement. I recently noticed increasing frustration with our support response times and was able to work cross-functionally to address this issue. The unified dashboard provides an efficient command center for listening, analyzing, engaging, and reporting on social media data.
