What differentiates Zoho Social from other similar products?
I use Zoho Social because it's affordable and flexible enough to meet the needs of businesses of all sizes, and because its user interface is straightforward and intuitive. This is especially true when compared to other social media management tools. scheduling, publishing, tracking engagement, and measuring effectiveness are just some of the many Zoho Social tools available.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My efforts to sell on social media with Zoho Social have been well-managed. Among the many issues that Zoho Social may assist fix for businesses are:Time management: I can plan and schedule social media postings in advance with the help of Zoho Social's automated publishing and scheduling tools.Zoho Social's multichannel management features make it easy to oversee several accounts on the same platform, easing my social media management while fostering brand cohesion.Measuring the success of my social media marketing activities with hard data is now possible with the help of Zoho Social's in-depth analytics and performance indicators.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Here are some of Zoho Social's flaws that I didn't like:At times, especially for first-time users who are inexperienced with the site, the user interface might be perplexing or difficult to manage. I think this software is great for corporations because of its ability to manage several social media accounts and schedule posts in advance. Intuitive design and great support make Zoho Social a breeze to work with. Zoho CRM's simple and clear connectivity with the rest of the Zoho suite is just one example.

What differentiates Zoho Social from other similar products?
It is our main partner when it comes to reviewing data and people's comments about the exxon company on social networks, which means that we do not really need marketing support to make a decision to solve a problem on the website or an application. this has made our lives easier.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect is that you can link various social networks and in that sense you will not miss any update wherever you are.
What do you dislike most about this product?
key comment update notifications are not available quickly for mobile, in fact this has brought us delays in which we must be assisted by a computer and slows down the process
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend using this not only as a comment monitor for social networks but also as a manager of them.
