What differentiates Zoho Social from other similar products?

The newly added features for integrating TIKTOK and WhatsApp makes the tool more unique from other social media tool that I have ever used

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the straightforward integration of Zoho social with all social media tools in short time which does not even require technical knowledge

What do you dislike most about this product?

The tool has limited character for X(formally Twitter) posting which makes it hard for me to post on X right the tool

What differentiates Zoho Social from other similar products?

Zoho Social has multiple functionalities to facilitate the management and supervision of social networks, since it has easy-to-use search filters, we can customize the supervision panel to make it visually more practical considering our particular needs. This includes responses to notifications and messages that we must attend to on our social networks, and again, by being integrated with other tools such as Zoho Desk, we can follow up on our clients' messages, create tickets, and offer a 360-degree service.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of the most important features of Zoho Social is the possibility of carrying out a precise and effective analysis of our social networks, and we have the possibility of generating reports from there, which in the end is the most effective mechanism to understand our client and to know accuracy the success of our marketing campaigns. In addition, the integration of Zoho Social with Instagram is intuitive and quite practical. Zoho Social makes our job very simple, and to achieve it, we see that it requires a set of very well-designed programming tools, which make it easy to use in the end.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I believe that Zoho Social should have better and more attractive licensing options and plans that allow us to save costs for its use, and increase more integration functionalities with third parties. Innovation is also important, and differentiating from other applications that do the same, which is why the delivery of new features must be more frequent.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

In reality, I consider that those who take the step to use Zoho Social have probably used at least one of its other products, such as Zoho CRM, so they will increase the functionalities and customer tracking with high integration. Without a doubt, Zoho CRM users are great candidates to try Zoho Social, but it is good to consider the professional version to generate true value for our processes.
