Fantastic product, with easy integrations

What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?
The UI is so beautiful, it makes the job of sales tracking so much easier
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The integration with Zoho Campaign, Zoho Voice and other Zoho products is incredible
What do you dislike most about this product?
The only thing I dislike about the product is when you are taking some service from their US server and another one connected from their Indian server there is a bug where you cannot connect the two.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Newer organisation's should definitely try and adopt Zoho CRM , its a traditional software with modern-day look and feel and very intuitive compared to other legacy CRM's

ZOHO is one of a kind CRM system which has multitude levels of features and integrations available at every stage of the customer journey.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I believe since it has various integrations and features for every business steps, it is a one stop solution for every enterprise

Nothing as such.

It is an excellent product which has various services for every business need so it is cost saving and efficient for organisation usage as well within all teams.
