Unlike similar products, it allows you to customize, is less pricey and the customer support team is also very very helpful.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The best feature is that it includes the ability to create custom modules, fields, and layouts.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Styles and colour options are limited and no sub-menus.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It offers a streamlined migration process which lets you migrate all your sales data from your existing spreadsheets and contact managers quickly without any additional costs.

What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?
I love this product due to its user friendly and we can get all reports and customer data all in one place and if a lot of features are added which makes a user confusing and the time he has to give to learn each and everything which makes the software messy so its simple where anyone can learn easily without training.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
This software uses multiple channels to interact with and use multiple tools for the business which might get help for the users.
What do you dislike most about this product?
In the desktop version its good to go but when it comes for the mobile version its bit slow.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's pricing is less compared to other CRM softwares i would suggest with pricing its an amazing product for the start ups and small and medium business.
