Very easy and affordable CRM in the market

What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?
Best project management found within a CRM system with great features of marketing automation and integration with other third-party vendors. Its just full of features and very easy to use as compared to any other CRM
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's very user friendly, it took us one training (One day) to learn how to use Zoho, even the non-technical people in our customer services team got a very good grip of the CRM in days. Other than that the lead scoring system of Zoho is relatively easier to implement and it's very useful for the qualifications of the leads.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I haven't found any flaws within the CRM, I could suggest improvements within the reporting (Dashboards)
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is one of the best and most affordable CRM systems which is essential for every business and is very easy to use. Would not require a specialist to use it as anyone can learn all the capabilities of the CRM.

What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?
It's all there, tasks generation, reminders, email, templates... everything to keep the team connected.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Automation is the best feature. Let the software do the email touches. Reminders set for team members to call. All easy and productive.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The only hurdle for me was deciding when a lead converts to a client. Once I got past my own blocks, it all made sense.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?
In order to create statements, email layouts, and statements and suggestions for executives, we rely heavily on the CRM. During the COVID-19 epidemic, it was an effective tool as well, with workflows making everything happen as needed.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
This CRM is highly configurable, allowing you to pick and choose the features you need to meet your specific needs. It's an easy-to-use, low-cost CRM solution. It's simple to use and put into practice, and it has a ton of plugins to enhance its functionality if you can't find the one you need. It's also compatible with a wide range of systems and can be easily integrated.
What do you dislike most about this product?
None of the Zoho CRM's problems or dislikes arose to me while using it. It's doing everything it should be doing. Only I have a problem with the search feature, which I believe isn't as good as it should be.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Small and large organizations alike can benefit from Zoho CRM's low price point while still receiving high-quality service. It makes everyone in the company more productive and well-organized. As a result, every step of the process may be monitored and reports created in real time. Zoho tools can then be used to provide customized outcomes based on the tools that were used in the project.
