Efficient to create personalized emails. Helps alot to capture and track leads. Excellent to manage contacts,task and notes under the single application. Efficient to manage sales and insights.

Efficient to schedule from events. Impressive how it's easy to manage emails,contacts,notes and task under the same platform. Great with lead tracking and capture.

It's an excellent CRM with sales management.

Impressive with scheduling for events. Intergration with Zoho meeting for quick communication. Reliable with sort and filter.

What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?

It has undoubtedly helped us to advance in our office tasks, both in the marketing and customer service departments, with many functions that have been quite useful to get more companies to join our portfolio and be able to close sales and increase revenue.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We have been able to take advantage of all the features and tools of this software, one of the most beneficial is that we can customize our interface, making it more suited to our tastes and needs. The integration with mail, telephone and social networks, makes communication with the customer is not lost.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We have had to be aware of the emails and interactions of our customers in the various channels, as they are not synchronized in real time or have not been doing so in recent days. The part of customizing the interface was cumbersome, but it was worth it, as we managed to have at hand only the functions we needed.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The best CRM I have been able to use, with no complaints about it and with a wide range of tools and functions, all very useful to make the work of marketing and customer service much easier and more efficient, thus maintaining good communications with our customers and suppliers.
