What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?
Zoho is a good alternative for clients who don't want to shell out money for Google Workspace. It accomplishes its purpose. My satisfaction with their efforts is based on the fact that they are attempting to make their platform accessible to everyone. Much of it is configurable and we were able to put it up 90% of the way we wanted. It's a breeze to use and keep track of.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
As a less expensive option, this is what I recommend to all of my clients. If you're comfortable with the platform, it will serve you for the rest of your life. It's been a wonderful experience. You may receive answers quickly and easily by chatting with a member of their chat support team.
What do you dislike most about this product?
In my opinion, they are attempting to mimic Google Workspace, although I am more familiar with Google Workspace's features. I'd love it if I could make my email software look and work just like gmail.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
There are instances when a phone call is all that is needed to resolve a problem. It is possible to request a call back, but this can be difficult, especially if you have already taken the effort to contact the person in question.

"The most customizable CRM system"

What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?
there are not many differences, the only problem is that the program is a bit complicated to use.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
At the time, Zoho CRM was a fantastic CRM to work with, and it was very user-friendly for all of my staff. Adding users, assigning responsibilities, and adding any contact list were all possible. There are so many useful connectors available with Zoho that you could easily spend an entire day simply browsing the cataloge of options.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's possible that the user interface may seem uninteresting to some if you don't know how to customize it. Obtaining information via downloading or collecting it is not always simple. When it comes to transferring leads, the same may be stated. When a transfer fails, it isn't always evident which element of the transaction has failed. Regardless, when the transfer is successful, it is a remarkable time saver. There is nothing unusual about the search process; nevertheless, I have noted that it does not always return anything back, unless you put in a very exact match.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
A practical program for marketing effectively, Zoho is a reasonably robust solution with appropriate plans and editions for every need of use, it is quite innovative, despite having a large interface it is simple to adapt to its functionality, and overall it is a good choice for improving business success.
