What differentiates Zendesk Sell from other similar products?

It includes a built-in phone system so I can quickly make all calls through my computer (and automatically track them). Because it's such an intuitive system, getting the chance to click around in the CRM and test out how I would set it up made it clear right away that it would be a great option. It automatically logs a significant portion of my activities, so I can skip taking notes.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The customer support is outstanding. They usually respond immediately and concisely, even though I am a high-maintenance client. One of the past top CRM programs I've used and utilized is Zendesk Sell. It may also be used on mobile devices, which is beneficial occasionally. The mobile app is fantastic. The mobile app is flawless and has all the same features as the desktop version.

What do you dislike most about this product?

This couldn't meet our requirements. Our attempts to upgrade were met with resistance from customer service, and we were unable to personalize or interface with several third-party programs that are crucial to our business. We also encountered quite a few problems with the integrations we may carry out. There is no good way to report on lead sources, and there is no way to report on leads by the assignee.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We adore the app's straightforwardness of use. It has been beneficial in keeping track of sales and the tasks involved in completing transactions. Additionally, it's been fantastic for fostering collaboration and keeping everyone informed. It has a strong capability and is interesting to use. You can utilize the tool to significant effect even with a brief period of instruction.

What differentiates Zendesk Sell from other similar products?

Zendesk is indispensable for us. It is the only software with which we were able to create a Customer Community and through it we were able to obtain data for better knowledge of our product and increase customer participation and decrease the company's support costs by reducing the number of customer support executives.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Has a high degree of freedom in customization and various configurations offering many predefined structures that help us to organize our post topic categories in a proper structure in conjunction with a triggers module that are able to automate a significant amount of tasks and repetitive work relying on flexible options. It has a great community developed and commitment to its customers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

They should make moderate use of the advertising that appears in the system, in conjunction with a more attentive and competent customer support that can actually help the problems of the program which are somewhat complex due to the amount of tools it has and not charge additional such a high cost for such a mediocre service.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zendesk is very appropriate if you are setting up a small to medium sized company or workgroup. And creating a centralized location for a remote team is of utmost importance. Being a manager of a customer-facing team, it allows me to track the success of our cadence. I highly recommend it, especially if you are present in multiple channels, which is the norm nowadays. For startups, I recommend going the a la carte route. Perhaps Zendesk Support Pro will suffice.

What differentiates Zendesk Sell from other similar products?

What has me hooked on Zendesk is that everything is in one place. Customer requests via email, via chat, via the website, everything is centralized from the software, which allows me to not lose sight of any details of customer orders.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its multi-channel function that includes WhatsApp, is a feature that few customer service systems include. The activity panel is very easy to use and its functions and tools on the left side, allow you to have an overview of all its functions without being overwhelming.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Installing the software was an arduous task, a lot to configure and many complicated options, which became cumbersome, so we needed the help of technical support, but this was impossible, as they never responded or attended. With the help of external technical service we were able to solve the problem.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

My department uses it primarily for customer experience, customer success and sales teams. We need a central hub to guide all of our customers. Zendesk Sell (formerly Base CRM) solves this problem perfectly. We also need a platform that can integrate with many of our other systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics, Twitter, Facebook, etc. The integration of these systems is now very efficient. Now our team saves time because everything is centralized and we don't have more than 5 browser tabs open at a time.
