What differentiates SAP Sales Cloud from other similar products?
Compatibility integrations with SAP softwares ecosystem is very smooth and can be easily done with high resources availability. The pipeline management becomes very easy to update as the leads can be accommodated from other integrated platforms. Making the efforts required relatively less. This results increased cost efficiency.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Crucial sales procedures can be streamlined and automated, and sellers can be empowered with AI-based recommendations. 1. Deployment of clouds. 2. Unified customer perspective. 3. Optimized experience for mobile sales. 4. Insights, suggestions, and analytics powered by AI.
What do you dislike most about this product?
1. Lightning is a bit disappointing. Stay with classic. 2. User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) can be same simpler

You can streamline your pipelines with good integrated platforms. The only downside you would have to keep in mind is that this tool is efficient and cost effective if you have a large organisation.

What differentiates SAP Sales Cloud from other similar products?
The ability to visualize pipelines as interactive & modular dashboards is one of the top feature which differentiates SAP Sales Cloud from the competition
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ease of flow while creating & converting a fresh business lead into an opportunity & eventually into a trading client
What do you dislike most about this product?
Can get a bit tricky to navigate for ground staff sales personals & requires exhaustive training modules to ensure process flow is followed properly
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Please ensure that your user base is technically adept or is willing to deep dive into learning the software. It has a steep learning curve so ensuring that users are capable to take advantage of the features being offered would help reduce the post implementation cost to a great extent
