This tool allows sales agents to increase their sales numbers and productivity and efficiency as all teams maintain access to information in an updated and synchronized way
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The quality of customer information is improved as it is all recorded in the same place. The tool provides a global view of customers allowing for better decision making when promoting our products and services
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is complex to adapt the tool to different organizations as it will depend directly on the operations and the type of products and services of each company. The user interface is certainly complicated at times, as it has many options and many configurations to be applied. It requires constant internet connection to be used, which in remote locations can be a problem for agents who are constantly traveling
