What differentiates Salesforce Sales Cloud Enterprise from other similar products?

I think it's the most detailed and thorough software on the market, it just has so many features and integrations.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the integrations available, this really sets it apart from the rest.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Partly due to all the features, I feel the UX is not optimal. I find it quite convoluted to navigate.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It all depends what you want from a CRM system, however if you are an SME I think there are better options out there.

What differentiates Salesforce Sales Cloud Enterprise from other similar products?

Salesforce Training resources are easily available which is cost effective. Salesforce TrailHead program is outstanding and it helps to train engineer with minimal cost.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Integration with various system and well thought architectural patterns for various use cases.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Data Ingestion can lead to lot duplicates and subsequently other issue. If you are customizing you need expert consultants's services.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
