What differentiates Salesforce Sales Cloud Enterprise from other similar products?
It enables us to create custom features for proper reporting. Salesforce.com has great integration with our marketing automation tool to seamlessly handle our data and customer engagements which also involves email marketing campaigns
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
1. Create and export reports 2. Merge contacts or leads 3. Check contacts or leads activities and campaigns they attend
What do you dislike most about this product?
The dashboards could be more straightforward, and working on multiple tabs slows the interface down.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Salesforce is essential for accessing client data. It's the most widely used CRM software on the market, and it has dramatically improved the efficiency of managing client accounts. It organizes leads, contacts, interactions, and other data. An extensive sales department or customer-facing unit would benefit from it.
