What differentiates Salesforce Sales Cloud Enterprise from other similar products?
it's is very easy to use. it satisfies almost all the needs of lead management. It is one stop solution for daily lead management.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It notifies me at the right time when i have to to contact my customer. Client service after sales is very important and this product helps me to keep track of that and notifies me as well.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Too much mingled in one thing . some times it feels bit difficult to control all the things. Otherwise everything is on the track.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
from lead generation to end lead product this serves the go to product for me. I am using it on daily basis. if you want to grow your business and retain your old customers this is best product for that.

Having worked with Salesforce Sales with multiple clients, the options and customization are limitless. This software allows you to have multiple tabs open providing organized multitasking. Salesforce Sales can be used as a bridge to interact with consumers, and keep data easily. Essentially it's your go-to CRM.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect is Sandbox. Sandbox is a practice environment for employees like me to test and practice out the system, and become familiar with the system before going into the live environment.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There aren't any current dislikes about the product.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud Enterprise gives buyers complete control with customization to ensure each consumer endures a smooth professional interaction. If you're looking to improve your employees' level of service, easily view statistics, and keep up with your employees and trends with one system, then this will be the go-to.
