What differentiates Salesforce Sales Cloud Enterprise from other similar products?

Salesforce Sales Cloud Enterprise integrates well with other sales and marketing tools, such as Marketo, making it easier for us to send and track emails. The platform also provides a range of plugins, including ZoomInfo and Salesloft, which allow us to create campaigns and track their success.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It provides a range of features to help me to manage my leads, including lead scoring, pipeline management, and the ability to convert leads into manageable accounts. The prospect timeline provides full visibility on the stage of prospecting, making it easier to track the success of sales campaigns.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The learning curve is relatively steep.

What differentiates Salesforce Sales Cloud Enterprise from other similar products?

It has been around for many years. It truly has stood the test of time. It integrates with pretty much any other sass product.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

All of the integrations.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's not very easy to use. Too many clicks / difficult to navigate and difficult to train new people on how to use it for it's full capacity. It's a bit time consuming compared to other products like Hubspot CRM.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's a great solution for enterprise and mid market sales teams. If you are a high volume smb sales team you might want to check out others (HubSpot CRM, Zoho CRM, SugarCRM, Monday.com, etc.)

What differentiates Salesforce Sales Cloud Enterprise from other similar products?

The lead generation and there conversion into corresponding accounts and contacts automatically is a very unique feature that Salesforce sales cloud present and it is easy to manage each lead with the help of sales cloud, also the workflows and process automation is very helpful to make and custom automation according to the requirements.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favourite aspect of sales cloud is there automatic creation of accounts and contacts after a lead being converted and the most tempting thing is the custom automation which I can do with the help of workflows, flows and triggers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As such there is no dislike about the sales cloud all the features provided in it are more than enough.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would definitely recommend Salesforce sales cloud for any sales business need to manager there business in a very efficient way it will give you all the features needed to manage a business.
