What differentiates Salesforce Sales Cloud Enterprise from other similar products?

Having been working in Sales and Sales related projects for more than 12 years, I can say with great confidence that Sales Cloud is the most easiest, comprenhenisve tool in the market. It's really intuitive and unlike other sales platforms, it's easy to set-up and -most importantly- to understand. In just one seating, an average end-user can comprehend all the data flows as well as how to interpret that data.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

There are many things I like about Sales Cloud, among them: it updates or launches new funcionalities periodically (at least 3 times a year); it reallys is designed by taking into account the end-user perspective, all its funcionalities help you one way or the other to achieve your oganizations sales goals

What do you dislike most about this product?

When yo hit a glitch, you have to do a lot of self learning and self understand. Sometime it would be better and faster if you could talk directly to a Salesforce consultant

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would give 3 recommendatios: 1) Keep in mind what you want to achieve by using Salescloud (Sales Rep control, Sales Productivity Increase, Sales KPIs monitoring, etc), 2) Define a clear data strategy in order to keep it organidez and 3) Implement a change management campaing so eveyone understand Salescloud benefits

Salesforce is easier to use and much more faster when compared with similar products

It's easy to find information, create reports and dashboards to help with business decisions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The integration with other products such as Gmail could be better.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It might take time to get it fully functioning but once is implemented you can not live without it.

I would say it's the big product portfolio, flexibility and easy integration

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Flexibility and integration. This gives you ability to do almost anything. You can manage your business from one point, from pre-sales activities to retaining your customers and tracking their happiness and satisfaction

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wouldn't say it's a dislike, but more a thing Salesforce can improve - filtering options on dashboards. like custom calendar selection, or simple search box for filtering.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Anyone who wants to track their business and/or manage customers in quick and reliable way, must try Salesforce. The simplicity, quality and reliability of this CRM will quickly bring benefits to, almost any, business
