I enjoy Salesforce Sales Cloud Enterprise because: - You can manage all customer data, including contact details, interaction histories, through account and contact management. - Track the development of sales opportunities from identification to deal closure with the help of managing opportunities. - Lead management gathers, classifies and converts leads into sales prospects.

What do you dislike most about this product?

You won't have any problems using Salesforce Sales Cloud Enterprise; It is an incredible tool.

What differentiates Salesforce Sales Cloud Enterprise from other similar products?

I think lead management is so much better with this product over our previous product. I started in my industry two decades ago, and to see business evolve to a place where lead management with Salesforce has improved efficiencies in our place of work by a lot has been great. That is what separates them from the rest of the pack for me.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Again, I think the lead management part of it is top notch. Communication lapses at my place of work shouldn't happen, even though we live in a communication age, but they do. Lead management does a lot of the speaking for me and others as it makes things clear for anyone privy to that information.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing I really dislike. Of course, as mentioned, I think we all have our wishlists of things that were better, but nothing here that would resonate or benefit anyone else. It is specific to my location.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend that you take in as much research as possible before making an informed decision, but I stress to you to focus on how it can benefit your business!
