Salesforce helps you manage leads and build relationships with them. They have an amazing and complex platform

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

You can do almost everything with it, from managing a pipeline of leads to exporting data and reviewing quarter goals.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Maybe pricing and it is really complex, sometimes you can get lost.

What differentiates Salesforce Sales Cloud Enterprise from other similar products?

Salesforce sales cloud provides mainly security, stability and integrity to clients or customers and easy implementation and integration to developers. It provide more features than any other tools available in market. It provides end to end functionality so you will never need another tool. Again it's best in UI Parts also it also have its own frameworks to work with. Configuration and customisation are the key factors of using Salesforce sales cloud. These where the thing that other similar softwares doesn't provide

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favourite aspect of this product is it's UI it's simple to use and adapt. Even the development IDE is also available in itself only we don't have to download and set it up. We can use IDE in single click in browser itself. Automation tool is another thing that I liked the most.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is no such dislike for Salesforce sales cloud but if searching criteria get more developed if would be great for now we will face limitations.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's sure shot yes for whosoever is buying Salesforce sales cloud but for small organisation pricing can be a price issue but definitely it's with the prics and totally justify the price.

What differentiates Salesforce Sales Cloud Enterprise from other similar products?

I have handled different CRMs in my entire professional experience. Salesforce is the most user-friendly that I have had. At first, it can be overwhelming looking at the tabs and whatnot, however, as you go to the software, the experience of it is as seamless as possible. You will learn as you progress. The access would vary depending on the access that the organization would provide but it is a great product.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Sales Pipeline Monitoring and Report - We can easily create a report and even have the option to share it publicly, in specific folders, and/or make it private. With that being said, the pipeline of the team members can easily be tracked. Also, you won't hesitate to make a mistake with adding info as an error message will pop up.

What do you dislike most about this product?

This is not anything related to the product as it will vary with the type of user access that will be given. Hopefully, we can have more access to some of the reports or even tabs of Salesforce.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great product to use - lots of items or collaborations that can be made in one CRM
