The cloud based suite of solution provides seamless integration across various business operations. On top of that they provide lightning activities for automation of different process

The predictive analytics with the integration of AI provides good forecasts

The cost is high compared to other CRM but the features justify it
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I will say work with a Salesforce implementation partner to guide you throught the setup and customise it for your process
