Efficiency in efforts associated with sales in general, allows professionals to have control in each sales process, helping to have more efficient connections with clients and bring them proposals that are more oriented to their hobbies or needs, following up on searches like this. such as contact management in less time than others
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The tool has an analysis system that allows information related to customers to be managed and that they are the ones who can continue to be part of the organization, thanks to artificial intelligence systems, this tool meets the requirements in sales and marketing because it has gone innovating in recent years, even reaching many countries worldwide
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are no problems when it comes to implementing it as an efficient sales and business tool in the cloud

I recommend it for more direct relationships with customers and increase sales in general

What differentiates Salesforce Sales Cloud Enterprise from other similar products?
Mobile access which allows sales reps to access their sales data, track customer interactions and activities, and manage sales processes in a centralized location while they are on the go.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love that it allows our team to manage accounts, contacts, and leads, track sales activity and performance, create and manage sales forecasts and pipeline, and collaborate with other teams.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is quite complex to understand it therefore requires a steep learning curve.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If they are looking for a powerful and unique solution to improve their sales processes, then they should give it a try.
