What differentiates Salesforce Sales Cloud Enterprise from other similar products?
Salesforce Sales Cloud Enterprise is the leader in it's space and kind of controls the market for CRM. It's capabilities are second to none when properly implemented, but the implementation and upkeep of the platform is highly costly from a time and money perspective.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Customization is great for this product. Companies can mold Salesforce to fit their exact process. This is a blessing and a curse in that if it's customized properly its great...on the flip side improper customizations can make things harder for a day to day rep's usage of the platform.
What do you dislike most about this product?
UI can be confusing for new users of the product. There are a ton of fields that are specific across different company implementations.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Map out your sales process in a very granular way before implementing this platform. That way you can build Salesforce around your process vs. adapting to theirs out of the box.
