What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?

Pipedrive has brought several benefits to my company; on the one hand it has helped us to better manage our customer database, keep leads from becoming obsolete and establish criteria for customer follow-up. On the other hand, it has also helped improve communication between the team and interaction with clients. The best thing about Pipedrive is that it has allowed us to do a lot in favor of sales, marketing and customer success without generating any setbacks, on the contrary, it streamlined all the work.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I really liked Pipedrive for being an all-in-one tool for sales, email marketing and even customer management and follow-up. It is a program with an intuitive interface, easy to understand and navigate; its cost is good, it is far from being an expensive tool. The management of these becomes simpler as well as the execution of email marketing campaigns; on the other hand, entering and moving leads is another task that becomes easier when using this tool. Pipedrive has come to improve our day-to-day life.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The procedure for downloading leads is a bit cumbersome, it represents perhaps the only setback in Pipedrive.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a very versatile tool, inexpensive and relatively easy to use for all types of users. It is an excellent product for different use cases since it has functions that go hand in hand with customer success, marketing and sales.

What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?

Fundamentally, it's a basic arrangement, ability to modify various deals, contacts, associations inside the system on a mass scale. Easy to arrange with anything structure you would like.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The primary thing we want to highlight is its straightforwardness of acquisition because of how it is incredibly unassuming diverged from other CRMs we use that are accessible. It is very easy to set up to add new staff people and the general advertising office. It is splendid programming to keep up with control of business contacts and client possibilities.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is genuinely befuddling when new leads are gotten that I think it needs a letter drop of leads so they can be better perceived and work starting there without glancing through the contacts section.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would profoundly propose it not enduring a few missing features as this has assisted a great deal our deals with joining in saving time, it is reasonable. It directs client data and ensures that we have a business pipe around the end, giving us prospects close to the end.
