Easy to use, multi purpose within the organisation. Easily integrated with our other tools and products·

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the way that Pipedrive breaks down my workload into manageable chunks making me much more productive. The analytics is very useful and impactful to showcase the value that I am adding.

What do you dislike most about this product?

although the level of customisation is great this can lead to issues with consistency etc. A lot of thought is required in terms of how the platform is to be used.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Pipedrive is a fantastic tool, think and plan how to use it in the business and what is to be achieved and pipedrive will undoubtedly deliver on those objectives.
