Teams is much quicker and relabel. It is does resemble its functionality of IM

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The calling and IM features

What do you dislike most about this product?

The desktop app not having the voice note feature

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's a very good product to using the organization especially for collaborations and connections.

Its easier to select menu bar which is can be accessed without much stress

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

They are fast with connectivity of service and station people on the group with proper menu bar

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is relatively a bit an heavy application for mobile access

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

More configuration and access which will allow interactions better with colleagues in the organization
