What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It offers a methodical approach to project management and organisation through Threads and Channels.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Interface is bit Complex for new users and lack of Granular control.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Choose the right notifications settings, Learn keyboard shortcuts to speed up your workflow and try new variety of collaborative features.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Since it’s a Microsoft product the integration is amazing. Also the vast uses of teams helped us eliminate using two different products to using only one.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

How everything is one place. Video, instant chat, and file sharing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

No real complaints. Only frustration is when the meeting volume is strange. Might be an end user issue.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do it. Best product out there.

Ease of use and familiarity for Microsoft Office users. Integration with other Microsoft applications such as Outlook, OneDrive and SharePoint. Allows real-time collaboration on shared documents. Allows for easy video conferencing and voice calls.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some advanced features require a paid subscription. It can be overwhelming for new users due to the sheer number of features and options available. Integration with third-party applications can be limited compared to other collaboration tools.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Train users on how to use it to make the most of its features. Establish etiquette rules and usage standards to ensure effective communication within teams. Customize notification settings to avoid message overload.
