What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Rapid development cycle, new features launching seemingly monthly which addresses wants.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some of the admin controls leave a little to be desired, either poorly documented, or only configurable via PowerShell
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Walk through the admin panel with your project team and infosec specialists and agree upfront what configurations you should choose. Appoint product specialists to administrate the product. Conduct a hearts and minds campaign, especially if coming from other products.
