What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Teams - great benefit is it integrates with all the Microsoft related products. For others we need to custom develop.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Chat is the best feature - Teams simply provides a more robust way to fully convey your messages.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are lots of features to be explored, I see lots of negative comments, it seems they did not explore the product fully.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are a Microsoft user, this is your first choice; it has mobile, desktop versions for you to collaborate with internal and external users.
