What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Integration support over MS outlook which is the primary choice as the email client in our organization Automatic cloud back up of conversion history, not dependent on local cache

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy of use, the most influential tool in our organization for WFH Extremely effective screen sharing Excellent support over conference call, day to day meetings

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not entirely bug free, I have experienced some considerable bugs like sync issue with MS outlook Sometimes application getting stuck or crashes Ms team cache is growing in local disk space. Not performing optimal on slow connections

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Excellent collaborative tool that is proven effective for a long period of time Highly effective tool that supports WFH If you are using MS outlook, please consider using teams. Integration support is phenomenal

Integration with Microsoft tools is great.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Scheduling is en point.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not so great if you're on Google ecosystem. Finding archived chats is a pain.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

A great addition to your VC needs as its from Microsoft which is the grandfather of computing.
