The instant chat

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes collaboration on documents within Teams goes haywire - so we just open in the desktop app now to get around this

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure you set up training for all employees to ensure they get the basics quickly - it is intuitive - but only once you know your way around a bit.

Avalia a cultura da empresa pra colocar produtos similares, se estão acostumados com MS office, o uso do Teams será fácil.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Teams is a tool for easy collaboration. We have been using it for 5+ years. It proves to be highly efficient in a big organisation. However, if you are a small start up, there are cheaper alternatives. That being said, it delivers what is promises. I can connect with colleagues from a specific department without having to ask people, all the data is available.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The User Interface is clean and the colours are pleasant. My favourite part would be the visibility and status, which is available throughout. During the Pandemic, this has been a core platform for us.

What do you dislike most about this product?

So, when I start the system, and even though I am connected to the Wi-fi, it takes its sweet time to let me start working on it. Sometimes, this becomes frustrating. Other than this, no complaints.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You can definitely go for it. However, consider using a cheaper/free alternative if the number of stakeholders is not large
