What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?
Microsoft Teams solves the problem of being able to work remotely. Now I can communicate with my team from anywhere. I can start a call on one device and continue on another device
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to be able to be part of multiple teams and have them all displayed on one screen is great. This allows me to be part of multiple projects and have them all at the tip of my fingertips instead of using multiple platforms
What do you dislike most about this product?
With the current situation with COVID-19, there's been a large expansion in MS Teams users. That caused the program to have frequent inconveniences like slow loading & crashes
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Depending on the size of your organization, Teams can be an amazing productivity driver, but may be overly complex for smaller organisations

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?
Security is undoubtedly the most noticeable difference, since Microsoft clearly provides us with an encryption according to our needs or those of our organization, and this makes Microsoft teams a high-level product and impact for the company.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Personalized workspaces are a very cutting-edge feature that allows us to control our work teams during a certain task and the integration with office 365, which is simply great and very easy to use.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When we are going to share the screen we have a lot of Lag and it is very difficult to take control since the delay is quite a lot, this part should be improved a lot since many times we must take control of the presentations that are being projected on another PC and it seems to me a point to be improved
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
They should be encouraged to use this magnificent application since it is very simple and easy to use with a very friendly interface and we will be able to communicate efficiently with other people.
