Office integration, makes it a great product. No third party add-ons to mess with.

It provides a simple platform to chat with team mates and outside clients. It also allows us to share files seamlessly.

cannot find any at this time.

Integration with Microsoft tools is great.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Scheduling is en point.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not so great if you're on Google ecosystem. Finding archived chats is a pain.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

A great addition to your VC needs as its from Microsoft which is the grandfather of computing.
