What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

A large capacity of videoconference participants is allowed in Teams. Better audio and video quality. Calls can be made and received directly with MS Teams. Group and individual chat. File editing and storage. Mentions and comments. It is a team workspace that can be customized by adding notes, applications and websites.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like being able to see the status/availability of my colleagues. I have many functions in one place, such as video conferencing, screen sharing, file sharing, internal calls, etc. It has a better developed chat function than other software, as they tend to have rigid and unattractive interfaces, but the messaging through Teams is very interactive and complete. I consider MS Teams a highly collaborative, secure and professional tool that has significantly increased productivity, and that solidifies the bonds between workers and facilitates communication with customers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't like the aspect that chats cannot be completely deleted, only hidden.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend it if you are looking for simplicity in the aspect of having all or most functions in one place for communication and collaboration.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Integration support over MS outlook which is the primary choice as the email client in our organization Automatic cloud back up of conversion history, not dependent on local cache

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy of use, the most influential tool in our organization for WFH Extremely effective screen sharing Excellent support over conference call, day to day meetings

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not entirely bug free, I have experienced some considerable bugs like sync issue with MS outlook Sometimes application getting stuck or crashes Ms team cache is growing in local disk space. Not performing optimal on slow connections

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Excellent collaborative tool that is proven effective for a long period of time Highly effective tool that supports WFH If you are using MS outlook, please consider using teams. Integration support is phenomenal
