What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Excels at chat and file sharing functions

What do you dislike most about this product?

Difficult or impossible for external parties to join video conferences

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Potentially useful tool for the enterprise tech stack, but has limitations. Microsoft Teams makes it difficult or impossible for external parties to join. Zoom is best for external collaboration. Cisco WebEx is not user friendly and provides an unreliable experience, and Skype for Business must be networked with the external organization to communicate.
