Teams navigation is more focused on teams, making working together easier

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The best feature is the integration with Microsoft outlook, making it easy to see when calls are scheduled and integrate working between the two programs

Confusing File Structures.and limited flexibility

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Great tool with great features. Office 365, file sharing, remote sharing, colleague conference, meetings all important office tools in one place. All in one office tool.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy to use, connecting with colleagues and office members with ease. As an HR professional working remotely in pandemics it is urgent to get connected with team members, staffs and also senior management. MS Teams helps to get connected and sharing important documents and other files with them.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Needs more customize features like Multiple themes, Light version etc. for Desktop version. Also, have regular hang issue on Windows and mobile version.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

MS Teams has great features to connect with team members for regular meetings, conference. Also, client meeting with screen sharing, Presentation option, Office 365 features in one place. Great quality video and audio chat options are there. Overall, a great product for official meeting and connecting purpose.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Microsoft Teams really facilitates most of the communication that occurs in my organization and is a great way for me to communicate with my peers, professionally. I don't think I've used anything else like this before.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The fact that it is pretty easy to set up and doesn't require a lot of time getting used to.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The problem I face with Teams is that certain functions are a bit complicated for me, and I wish they had made tutorials or at least explained how to use them in the most efficient way possible.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are a Millennial, just go for it. If you are not as experienced with tech, it may take time getting used to but is a great product nonetheless :)
