Best application for video calling ever

Likeliness to Recommend

10 /10

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Very responsive and Return of investment.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The audio and visual quality of Microsoft Teams is the finest for video conferencing. This tool is beneficial to developers like me because it uses little memory and storage space. Software like Microsoft Teams is simple to use and comprehend. Teams offer a variety of features that are helpful to users, including video calls, chats, screen sharing, polls, note-taking, and more. Using remote access to communicate with teammates was the most fascinating aspect of working in teams.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Microsoft teams can fail to update the status or update it incorrectly. For instance, other users may see that I am unavailable or absent when I am on a call. There is eventually unneeded storage consumption and the file structures are quite ambiguous. It can be challenging to switch calls from a mobile device to a computer. Even when the network is robust, it is possible that the message cannot be delivered and there is no way to resend it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

In my opinion, Microsoft Teams is the greatest application overall. About every element was something I adored.

Pros

  • Helps Innovate
  • Continually Improving Product
  • Reliable
  • Enables Productivity

Great communication tool to use with Sharepoint

Likeliness to Recommend

10 /10

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Its integration into Sharepoint sites makes it a great companion for departments or teams looking for chat capabilities on top of their existing sites. It also works very well for external collaboration with people not part of the company.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The organization of channels and simplicity of looking for files shared within Teams makes it very simple to keep track of information. It makes it very easy to maintain contact with team members when people are working remotely.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We have run into some complications inviting external people to Teams, but this is actually related to Mail Users and how we have them set up currently. It would just be nice if Teams could cope with this better rather than having to rework how those accounts are set up. The fix is not too complicated though, and this is not a direct issue with Teams.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

There are other chat and collaboration platforms out there. But for anyone using Office 365 already, and especially Sharepoint, give Teams a try to see how it works for your use case. We don't use it for our phone system, so I can't speak to those capabilities. But for chat and file collaboration, Teams does these tasks very well and we have no complaints. It has solved external collaboration barriers for other departments and teams as well.

Pros

  • Helps Innovate
  • Continually Improving Product
  • Reliable
  • Performance Enhancing
