The biggest differentiation is an exceptional integration with Microsoft 365 platform and apps.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Integration with Microsoft 365 platform.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some parts of the app could be more user-friendly and easier to understand and controll.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend approaching Teams as an all-in-one collaboration platform, not just a videoconferencing tool.
