What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

The tool has scaled high our communication through the instant messaging and also through web conferencing features. We are able to hold online meetings and thus reduce the money used in holding physical meetings.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The favorite aspect is mute all feature. When you are presenting in a meeting all you need is time with minimal interactions. You are able to mute all the listeners mics and direct them to raise question at the chat section.

What do you dislike most about this product?

With slow internet speed, the tool can be annoying.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Highly recommend regardless the company size.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Microsoft Teams integration with core Microsoft product applications I use like Office 365. This has let me access critical files and content from Office 365 through Microsoft Teams.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the activity feed feature. It is one sure way to know what fellow employees like myself are up to, without necessarily initiating a conversation with them.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Microsoft Teams is weak in the area of integration with third party software applications. It appears to focus majorly on a seamless integration experience with fellow Microsoft products.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Microsoft Teams provide a unique experience, as far as collaboration and communication across teams , departments etc is concerned. Features like real-time document editing within the Microsoft Team interface, are simply not available on substitute software platforms.
