What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

This software is very important to have because you can communicate remotely with your customers and potential employees, it is an ideal way to do business without having to leave the company. The way it works is intuitive, easy to use, with adequate features.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This software strengthens the way we have communication in a timely manner, allows us to do group chat, and to share writings, files, calls, which helps us to make meetings with several people at once, has something in favor of its ability to record with a high resolution in their videos and graphics, when we make the connection communication is fast between people, their menus are adequate, the handling is easy, it is very useful for the company.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are few cons that this software has, but they should improve the teleconferences, they are very heavy and require more features to the equipment or the computer, its notification takes a long time to leave. The chat functionality in Teams needs some improvements, and users should have the option to move the chat functionality to a more traditional IM style window. I know this direction has changed, but I still think it needs improvement.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Microsoft Teams is the best tool for internal communication, chat, audio and video calls. It has several features like call transcription, call recording, live captioning and background blur for video calls. It is seamless and works on all devices such as mobile and desktop devices. Make working from home easy. Overall, it works perfectly as an instant messaging application.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

The feature and list of capabilities inside MS teams is the highlight, none of the competitors has this many capabilities, also the option to add 3rd parts apps to teams, make it a cut above the other- All our business apps are integrated to MS teams, so we don't have to go out of teams for any purpose

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The third-party integrations makes all our life easy, as we dont have to leave teams, all team members can collaborate inside teams itself

What do you dislike most about this product?

The video call clarity and brightness / steaming is better in Zoom and Google meet

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Improvise the video call streaming and chat capabilities during a meeting
