How to read the Emotional Footprint
The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. The ease of use is probably the best part about this product. The opportunity to review sales calls and have it broken down by keywords and topics.

I honestly do not have any dislikes in regards to this product. Every aspect that I've used with this program has been perfect!

What differentiates Gong from other similar products?
They've just clearly invested more into the product judging by UX, breadth of features and other capabilities
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
being able to go back to calls and use those notes to better serve customers
What do you dislike most about this product?
Ai doesn't always transcribe well
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you have a sales team and they are running deals that take multiple calls. It's 100% worth it. besides the coaching you also can focus in on calls and not worry about taking proper notes

What differentiates Gong from other similar products?
Gong is a great tool to measure all the communications, videos, demos, etc a Rep is having with their leads/accounts. It gives the ability to review and score all the calls, demos, etc. It serves as a great learning tool and a tool that's helpful in a view of the pipeline and the amount of communication coming in/out.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect is the ability to search through certain parts of calls using the AI in the system. It has been very helpful in hopping around and giving the ability to dive deeper into calls.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are some slow issues sometimes and freezing that can get very annoying. The search functionality isn't ideal either. It can be confusing.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is a pretty powerful system. To be fully transparent if Hubspot had an equivalent offering we probably would use that. But until that time this was a great option and integrates into Hubspot.
