What differentiates Freshsales from other similar products?
UI and breadth of features are amazing. Brought in so many features that it is not required to buy more tools and solutions for the sales and marketing process (eg: telephone, SMS, meetings, quote, and contract management)
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The interface is so cool and works without lag. Importing and exporting data is quick. Telephone and SMS Chatbot in website
What do you dislike most about this product?
No direct integration with Linkedin The sales team should be more proactive
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Cost-effective CRM and comes with a lot of features. Highly recommended for startup and mid-market segments. Not for large enterprises.

Easy way to track sales and marketing data

What differentiates Freshsales from other similar products?
The main point that differentiates Freshsales from other solutions is how easy it integrates with the whole Freshworks suite. It's easy to track every contacts' behaviour and make decisions about future actions based on all the extensive data it provides.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The marketing functions such as email campaigns and journeys. It's very intuitive to set up complicated and detailed workflows and the AI takes care of all boring and time consuming tasks.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's hard to find any downsides about Freshsales. However, I recommend getting in touch with a partner, specially if you're outside the US or India. Sometimes it's hard to get in touch directly to Freshworks so having a reseller helps!
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Pay close attention to the amount of features that come included in all plans. The list is so extensive you might forget about some mandatory functions that may not be included. However, there's always an option to get them custom built!

What differentiates Freshsales from other similar products?
It is easy to setup, understand and kickoff new projects. Straight forward no nonsense CRM, that is well thought out. Not clunky like how some other product could be. For a company scaling from 0, this is the CRM to start and grow into.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Simplicity of how accounts, contacts and leads are mapped. Easy UI and regular updates on features.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Could be faster. When there is a lot of data in the platform, it could struggle with reporting and just the general speed of getting things out.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Definitely test it out end to end. The new version performs way better than what it used to be. Having a suite of products along with it from Freshworks also makes it easier to scale.
