What differentiates Freshsales from other similar products?
Freshsales is a multifunctional platform useful not only for your sales pipeline, but also for customer communication when you are working on a project that requires their input. It's pretty easy to set up sequences for the platform to automatically follow up with people for you. Admins can view and track KPIs, team performance, sales, customer communication, and other data through the analytics dashboard.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Create unique workflows using event-based triggers to automate routine tasks. Customizable sales pipelines. Platform for email marketing and landing pages all in one. Customization of forms and data entry. Contact pipeline tracking.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The chat and forum windows may take some time to update in real time. They could add the ability to upload multiple files at once.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For web-based sales, as well as industries like event management, Freshsales is incredibly reliable software. It has improved our ability to stay organized by allowing us to conveniently access all files, communications, and contact lists from one location. It has also given us a clearer understanding of how to effectively close customer targets.

What differentiates Freshsales from other similar products?
The software's ease of use is fantastic, but what I enjoy best is how the Freshworks team has marketed Freshsales as a really refreshing sales CRM. The customer lifecycle management system (CRM) may be used from the initial contact with a potential client all the way through the sale of a product or service. Integrations for extending one's reach to potential customers. For the first stages of prospecting, they also provide the Sales Campaign functionality for tailored sales campaigns.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We are an organization that forms alliances with other companies, ranging from Postal Centers to Co-working spaces. We've been using Freshsales to manage our sales pipeline and monitor our sales team's performance for some time now. Freshsales is also used while communicating with a potential customer. In addition to conventional means of contact like email and telephones, it also supports more modern methods like instant messaging programs like WhatsApp. Furthermore, we generate reports, such as sales activity reports, with the help of Freshsales. Everything you need to aid your sales staff is included.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I can imagine most businesses and their teams benefiting from utilizing Freshsales, even though my own organization's demands are pretty straightforward in comparison to those of larger enterprises and other sectors. There is nothing I don't like about it, but there are many more functions I have no interest in using because my needs are so basic. The additional features are conveniently hidden from view so they won't get in the way if I ever decide I need them.

In addition to its usefulness as a management tool, the service's low price, user-friendliness, and adaptability to different business needs make it a great option for any company.
