What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?

It's quite similar to other products of the same, but has higher security features

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

In a company that has a very strict IT Security team, this is allowed for use which makes collaboration much easier and there are no longer the size limits of a shared drive

What do you dislike most about this product?

Visually not as user friendly as I'd like it in terms of organisation structure. Documents themselves are fine

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great alternative to Google Docs if your org is scared of cloud-based solutions
