What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?

Easy to organize things here No need to use multiple MS products for documentation Also there is an option to create hierarchy to create details of the project

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Drag and drop Easy to edit documents who has admin rights

What do you dislike most about this product?

If multiple users working on same page then there are conflicts happening. It is a huge frustration. Even when multiple users tries to merge their work even there creates lots of problem

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

To manage our business and product documents it is the best tool Integration with Jira and Bigbucket is easy

What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?

I love that you can build custom pages and reports to meet your needs. Unique templates make standardization easy. The various macros are very interesting and I'm always learning

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The level of control the end user has. Permissions, structure, look and feel without being dependant on admin support. I can research how to do anything

What do you dislike most about this product?

The site is not very responsive when switching to phone. Also limited functionality Export functionality is also limited. No excel export and no way to define the page setup of an export

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Confluence is the artifact and collaboration back bone of a business. From admin like finance departments to document wiki or document approvals. It's great

What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?

Confluence has a breadth of excellent features that can be used for document hosting and sharing as well as creating content directly within the application.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ability to create content directly within the application and share it with others.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The fact that anyone can edit the content (unless strict access control has been implemented), this makes version control difficult to manage.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is an excellent application to host, share as well as create content for the organisation.
