Confluence is a collaborative wiki.

Likeliness to Recommend

9 /10

What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?

Confluence is a cutting-edge platform for collaborative document editing without sending copies. The ability to create templates is valuable. It's easy to use because input and content creation is simple, security and access are customizable, and it has many add-ons and plugins for integration with other software. Confluence is ideal for internal and external content sharing, our company's hub, and the best online document editor. It is used externally to share customer documentation, online help, and integration specifications on our product platform. That is a unique tool.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Confluence is a collaborative wiki that simplifies project planning, editing, multiple notes, task assignments, and feedback. It centralizes meetings, decisions, PRD, sprints, and outside documents. Confluence can organize and locate a lot of project documentation that is customizable and accessible to stakeholders and clients. Its intuitive user interface allows any PC user to use it and produce good results. Its intuitive user interface allows any PC user to use it and produce good results. The solution showed us where we were doing well and failing, helping us make better decisions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Confluence's interface is confusing, and the preview function has issues rendering pages with scripts embedded within them. The fact that even a single corrupt page can bring an entire file to a halt is hugely frustrating to me. Unfortunately, it's not always clear which links go to which page in Confluence, given that the same page can have both long and short URLs.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Confluence is not software for managing things; it is a place to store information. It integrates many productivity-boosting third-party platforms, and it manages documents instantly. It is scalable and flexible, and this platform optimizes collaboration. I would recommend it to other people.
