Fully integration with Jira and other Atlassian Products

The integration with Atlasssian Service Desk

The Search function.. and the cost of its addons!

If you are not using other Atlassian products.. turn your look to Sharepoint Online!

What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?

It allows to Create space which could be public or private which is one of the great thing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Documents could be shared with multiple people at one time and can create spaces to whom we need to keep in loop.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It misses application lifecycle management .

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's a great collaboration tool with document sharing as well and acts as a repository for documents to be shared.
