What differentiates Avature from other similar products?

Avature has a vast variety of capabilities that other competitors do not offer. I can edit the candidate profile and update it in 7 different ways according to my convenience and I am reminded of things that are pending, also helps in recruitment.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The Integration of different faces(types) of Avature products like the ATS and CRM have been a boon to us.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The depth of detailing I have to edit myself and there being no way to record my preferences.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Compare with the best services and you will find this to be the best deal along with the satisfaction while using.

What differentiates Avature from other similar products?

The breadth and depth of its solutions and the fact that they have build on that for quite some time already. Therefore the system is robust and many things that seem normal and should be considered hygiene factors, are often not even in place with newer competitors.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The extreme extent of flexibility and customisation. Our organisation pushes the boundaries in every way possible of the system, and still we seem able to overcome any hurdle. The system's structure is set up so well, that you can use it for much more than just recruitment.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The lack of recruitment expertise from the technical consultants. They know their product very well, but can't really provide any consultancy. No best practices are shared for how to implement their solutions. The approach is simply: you tell us what you want. Instead of: you can tell us what you want, but we can also tell you what we think you need. Product wise the career sites disappoint. They don't have a modern look and feel and are high maintenance and prone to break.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Hire Avature specialists to build Avature knowledge in house. This will save you a lot of time and is the best investment you can make to get the most out of your system. Because the system can do a lot and it can be overwhelming if you have never worked with it before.

What differentiates Avature from other similar products?

When I used to work here, we utilized the Avature CRM tool to help us out in the hiring process. The basic problems this tool addressed included recruitment, onboarding and it also enabled us to look into our candidates. Its user-friendly interface made it easy for us to find the correct candidate for our firm and we had a great experience with this tool for as long as I worked there.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The reporting feature is quite helpful. We can schedule interviews with our candidates and scheduling is helpful in this regard. We can track our applicants with applicant tracking. The company manages the hiring process with professionalism. We managed to get the best candidates for our company. It is a feature-rich tool so all we got was a good impact on our business objectives.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I hope they would improve their dashboard. Integration didn’t work well for us and I used to get frustrated because of its trouble-making nature. The customer support team needs improvement.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

As far as I have used that tool in my previous firm I had a great experience of it as CRM and also as an HR tool. Although I was not involved in choosing this tool it had modified my experience of HR management. Despite having some flaws in integration as well as in its dashboard I would still recommend it to others.
