This talent management platform includes innovative technology, with advanced AI, which allows you to optimize work time, if you want to improve the experience, as well as optimize the processes and tasks of the HR department of your company, you have to consider this software. The evaluation of the software or pre-programmed package requires taking into account some factors that are fundamental in a formal selection process, among them: the functionality of the software; that is, the way it supports the processes and activities with the use of IT; it is also important to consider the technical aspects of it, it must be a solid company.
