Candidate journey and capturing the experience is most critical and differentiator factor where tailored content and personalised candidate journey is focussed upon for improving engagement and reducing drop out.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Avature offers high degree of customisation and easy configurability as per business needs. The HR tech space needs to be creative and agile to manage the talent pool in streamlined manner. Designing HR space workflows, customising workspaces and managing UI experience on the talent's side is managed efficiently without any issue. The platform is continuously evolving and is proactive for talent management functions. The platform ensures to manage relationships with active and passive candidates in the hiring journeys. Avature is the most renowned face for strategic hiring in current times.

What do you dislike most about this product?

No dislikes at all. Every aspect is great

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is important to start customising the platform as per business and user needs and ensure that pilot testing is done before final deployment at ground level. It is instructed to invest time in customisation as customisation is the key here and it takes time build something great. Cost effective approach is most ideal and should be thoroughly checked for most cost-effective subscription as per your business needs with lucrative discounts option for major feasibility

What differentiates Avature from other similar products?

Generate and customize a report. The ability to customize and share a report based on your audience has definitely improved my reporting skills and the way I present data to the team, the options and capabilities are endless. A savvy administrator can set up a workflow, forms, emails, data sets and more on their own.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the system. Extremely fast and easy to use for talent acquisition needs: tracking, hiring, reporting. The ability to tailor and share a report depending on your audience has definitely improved my reporting skills and the way I present data to the team.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Lack of quality control by the Avature implementation team. Changes are being pushed that are not managed well with users. Assigned account managers need to make sure customers are aware of the change, when it will occur and how it will affect the functionality of the solution.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would like to conclude that Avature CRM is the best software or platform for the hiring management department and talent sourcing department. I highly recommend it for your business. It is still much better compared to other complicated or super simple tools. Avature has a lot to offer in linking multiple systems.
