What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Availability of different filters to get targeted customers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Apollo.io could not be used as a full time email marketing tool.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are looking for B2B leads for building business partnerships or even sell your product or services, Apollo.io is the tool for you.

What differentiates Apollo.io from other similar products?

It is a customer engagement platform that helps companies search for leads, verify emails, manage lead screening, and establish communication via email or phone. It allows supervisors to set up event-triggered rules to automatically take specific actions based on changes in activities, files, contacts, leads or accounts. Lead search functionality allows sales professionals to search for and favor companies and employees based on location, technology, funding triggers and job titles.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Provides an auto-dialer that allows staff members to set up local presence, create call recordings and use pre-designed call transcripts. Apollo.in includes an API that allows companies to integrate the system with various third-party solutions, such as LinkedIn, Salesforce, Gmail, HubSpot and more. Managers and leaders can use customizable dashboards to gain insights into the entire sales funnel, from conversion to opportunity success rates.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Difficult to set up, so sometimes you get the same names, must provide different emails or contacts. Changing the time of email schedules can also be difficult.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It has excellent filters and good handling of segmentation, which allows us to find the perfect customers and I have been able to increase our sales. It saves a lot of time, is excellent in improving business relationships with our customers helping to obtain high quality executive data, achieving important partnerships and sales. Not only was it easy to use, but it also provided some really well enriched lead data.

What differentiates Apollo.io from other similar products?

Find companies for specific criteria we need and search for a connection within that company. Apollo has been a very useful tool that is free and anyone can access. Apollo is an excellent resource for automated lead generation and outreach.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has excellent filters and good traffic segmentation, which is allowing us to find the perfect customers and we have been able to increase our sales. It is saving us a lot of time, which we are investing in improving business relationships with our customers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It would be helpful if the software could provide more information about the data of the customers that enter the web page, so we could capture customers through the page. Sometimes the company's information on Apollo does not match the actual consulting.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You can get the contact consultancy of a person or a potential client you are looking for on LinkedIn easily thanks to the extension. In idealization with other sites of a similar type, Apollo would allow us to get at least a certain amount of email addresses without charging or subscribing to any plan for a month, which is definitely enough for us.
