Apollo has that accuracy over all the softwares in finding emails and enriching them altogether

Cost can be lower. Too expensive

If you can buy this product for higher price then there is no looking back to any other tool for all the processes like Sales, Email Marketing, Data Enrichment, Prospecting, etc, etc...

What differentiates Apollo.io from other similar products?

Strong LinkedIn workarounds built in, data for the contacts easy to find, and easy to add to a cadence/sequence

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Hybrid approach of contact information and outreach automation

What do you dislike most about this product?

You can't just add your own contacts to their sequences without doing an import. So if you're prospecting and find the contact information for your prospect online, but Apollo doesn't have it in their system, you need to put that information into a CSV, and import it, which adds an unnecessary amount of steps for a relatively simple feature. In order to filter your tasks by time zone, you need to know how to reach the advanced filters, which isn't obvious for newer users. While Apollo integrates well with some CRM, the lack of a broader integration offering adds silos and inefficiencies for those who don't use one of 3 CRM.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Apollo is cost effective and has a great resource for prospecting contact information. The functionality of the sales engagement and sales intelligence features is very strong however they don't offer the flexibility of some of the other solutions on the market for both. Make sure you have a plan on how you're going to integrate Apollo as this is probably the biggest area it lacks.

What differentiates Apollo.io from other similar products?

It has several things that set it apart. It has a much higher information search capacity in its free version with a verified domain. It also has the ability to export a larger amount of leads in this version in an excel file. It also has filters that allow you to bring not only contacts with verified email but also those who have a tendency to respond.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I think that the capacity of 1000 contacts with their information, monthly in its free version with verified domain is the functionality that has served me the most in this year since I started using it in February 2024.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing to mention that I don't like, it really has a lot of positive things and so far I haven't found anything that doesn't work for me.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Try it for a few days and you will realize that in the market, it is one of the best options for effective lead generation.
